We like unusual trips. We want to see things that is often not seen in everyday life. We live in the perfect state for this. Wisconsin has lots of weird things to see.
So this site will chronicle our unusual trips throughout our great state of Wisconsin. You'll get all the weirdness and fun without the annoyance of hearing the kids say for the hundredth time "Are we there YET?!?"
You're probably wondering who we are. We're a family of five who live in southeastern Wisconsin. My name is Sarah and my husband is Michael. We have three daughters under the age of 6. Our oldest is Kierra, next is Alessandra (we call her Ali), and the baby of the family is Angelina (usually called Angie but also sometimes Lina).
I asked everyone to tell me what they wanted the world to know about them, and this is what I got:
Alessandra (at age 3)
"Hmmm...I wanna be a doctor. I wanna be a firefighter. I wanna be a magic school bus." Growls. "Stop talking to me!"
Angelina (at 19 months old)
"Hmmm...ah my nunu. E-I-E-I-O. Buh bye!"
Translation: "Hmmm...if I told the world all of the wonderful ideas that are circulating in my head, I would no longer have those treasured secrets. How will I take over everything if you little people know my plans? I will just recite gibberish to entertain you and you will laugh and forget my plans since you are such a simple-minded fool. Good day!"
